INTRODUCTION

By enrolling on a course with Henley Training Institute you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before agreeing to be bound by the same. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms of Conditions, do not enrol into a course.

This website is provided by Henley Training Institute. By enrolling onto a course, you abide by the terms and conditions set out herein. Only upon acceptance of the terms contained herein, you will be entitled to use and download resources made available to you by Henley Training Institute.

ACCOUNT TERMS

By enrolling on to a course you can access, download and view course material, resources and assessments. You are responsible for using the website in a private and secure manner. We will not be liable for any damage or loss caused from any unauthoirised account access resulting from your actions. Such as not logging out of the account or sharing your account password. We reserve the right to refuse registration onto a course or cancel an account at any time.

LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE

Unless otherwise stated, Henley Training Institute own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You must not:

Henley Training Institute may disable your user ID and password without notice or explanation.

REASONABLENESS

By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable.

BREACHES OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Without prejudice to Henley Training Institute under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Henley Training Institute may take such action as Henley Training Institute deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website.

REGISTRATIONS AND AUTHORISATIONS

Henley Training Institute is a registered RTO 22610 and issues nationally recognised qualifications and statements of attainment.

FEES AND CHARGES

Please refer to the website for current prices on courses.
Payment options available include: EFT, Direct Debit, Bpay, credit card

RPL FEE

RPL will be charged on a fee-for-service basis. RPL is voluntary and is at the request of the student or with their consent. RPL is charge at a rate of $150 per unit of competency

REPLACEMENT STATEMENTS OF ATTAINMENT AND AWARDS

In the event that a student misplaces a Statement of Attainment or Award they should contact the RTO to request a replacement. HTI will charge students an administration fee of $50 for all replacement documentation.

You are entitled, at no additional cost, to a formal Statement of Attainment on withdrawal, cancellation or transfer, prior to completing the qualification, provided you as the student has paid in full for the tuition related to the units of competency to be shown on the Statement of Attainment.

REASSESSMENT

In the event that a student is deemed ‘Not Yet Competent’ at the conclusion of a unit they are entitled to up to two additional attempts without incurring additional costs. If after a total of three attempts the student remains not yet competent they have the following options available to them:

Re-enrol in the unit at half price
Undertake further assessment attempts at the cost of $50 per attempt

REFUNDS

Fee for service students
Where a student has paid their enrollment fee and course fee installments in full the following refunds will apply:
There is a cooling off period of seven days from date of signature on enrollment form should the client change their mind on completing the course.

ENROLLMENT FEE:

Cancellation up to 14 days prior to the course commencement -Full refund
Cancellation between 7-14 days prior to the course commencement -50% refund
Cancellation after 7 days prior to course commencement – No refund

COURSE/UNIT FEE:

Cancellation up to 14 days prior to the unit/module commencement -Full refund
Cancellation between 7-14 days prior to the unit/module commencement -75% refund
Cancellation after 7 days prior to unit/module commencement -50% refund
Cancellation after the commencement of the unit/module – No refund

WHERE HTI CANCELS THE COURSE

In the unfortunate event that HTI cancels a course, students will have the option to:
Transfer to another course
Receive a refund of all enrolment and materials fees paid
The client acknowledges that Henley Training Institute has incurred substantial upfront costs in meetings, appointing client services, stationary, printing and telephone communications and that the client has voluntarily entered into a legally binding agreement to proceed with Courses.

Consequently, a request for a refund constitutes a breach of this agreement and no refunds will be made.
